These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications (the "App") and the website operated by ADBINK LIMITED ("we", "us", "our") located at adbinks.com.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App or our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please do not download, access, or use our App or services.

1. License Grant and Use Restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App strictly for your individual, non-commercial (unless otherwise explicitly authorized) and lawful purposes.

As a condition of this license, you agree not to:

• Unlawful Behavior: Violate any applicable local, national, state, or international laws, rules, or regulations while using the App.
• System Interference: Interfere with, disrupt, disable, overburden, or compromise the security, integrity, or normal operation of the App or our connected servers and networks.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our administrative systems, user databases, servers, or any network connected to the App.
• Automation Abuse: Use any web spiders, bots, scrapers, data-mining scripts, or other automated systems to access, index, or extract data from the App without our explicit prior written consent.
• Harmful Material: Upload, transmit, or distribute any software viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other malicious payloads designed to disrupt device hardware or software functionality.

2. Features, Updates and Availability

The App is delivered as a professional tool and utility service. To keep the App efficient and up to date, we continuously release improvements and changes:

• Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, adjust, update, suspend, or discontinue any specific feature, tool, layout, or the entirety of the App services at any time without prior notice or liability to you.
• No Guarantees: While we strive to offer an excellent experience, we do not guarantee that the App will operate continuously, securely, in a timely manner, or entirely free of errors or software interruptions.

3. Subscriptions and Payments (In-App Purchases)

Certain premium features, advanced tools, or content within the App require a paid subscription or one-time payment. By purchasing these features, you agree to the billing policies managed by third-party distribution platforms:

• Payment Processing: All in-app payments, transaction verifications, and subscription billing processes are securely managed and processed directly by the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your credit card or financial account information.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current billing cycle unless you disable automatic renewal at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current cycle.
• Subscription Management: You have full control over your active subscriptions. You can manage, alter, or cancel your auto-renewal subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Refund Policy: All refund requests are governed entirely by Apple's App Store standard policies. If you wish to seek a refund, you must initiate the request directly through your Apple purchase history.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All right, title, and interest in and to the App and our website (including but not limited to proprietary software code, visual design, graphic resources, texts, layouts, interfaces, trademarks, and logos) are and will remain the exclusive property of ADBINK LIMITED and its licensors.

You agree to adhere to the following intellectual property restrictions:

• No Redistribution: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, lease, or commercially exploit any part of our services, designs, or underlying code.
• No Reverse Engineering: You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code of the App.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your access to the App, our services, or any associated features immediately, without prior notification or liability, if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in activity that may harm us, our users, or third-party platforms.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must delete all copies of the App in your possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ADBINK LIMITED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ADBINK LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, LOSS OF REVENUE, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the App;
• Any conduct or content of any third party within our App services;
• Any unauthorized access, use, or modification of your data transmission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms, and your relationship with us under these Terms, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which ADBINK LIMITED is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of our registered jurisdiction.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. When modifications are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and may notify you within the App interface. Your continued access or use of our App or services following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those updated Terms.
