Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through the Apple App Store.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Apple’s App Store refund policies.
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App—including but not limited to software code, design, graphics, text, and trademarks—are owned by the developer or its licensors.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.
Engineering: You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you misuse the service or fail to comply with these Terms.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
